LinkedIn had no unified place for B2B customers to manage what they bought. I joined as founding designer and built the self-serve platform that activated 100K+ admins, reduced billing support cases by 19%, and generated an estimated $240M in self-serve value.
A single project to validate agentic self-serve for LinkedIn's B2B customers — and establish the platform foundation for every case type that follows. The Invoice Agent was the MVP: 83% self-serve rate, 14,400 cases deflected per year, $150K in annual efficiency savings.
